when i started making roblox thumbnails, everything around the actual art was manual. i'd redo every countdown icon by hand for each update, and whenever a client paid with a gamepass, i had to do the tax math myself to know how much to charge.
so i started building little tools to do it for me, with the help of ai. they saved me a lot of time, and i kept adding more as new problems showed up.
at some point i figured other artists were probably stuck doing the same things, so instead of keeping these tools to myself, i put them together here and made them public. if they save you even half the time they saved me, that's the whole point.
umbra has no backend and no accounts, so your gfx never get uploaded. they stay on your machine.

a roblox studio plugin by egomoose that captures renders of your workspace. export the capture mesh parts as a .gltf and drop it into gltf → png to get the images out.
your browser doesn't allow it. use chrome, edge or opera. in brave, turn on brave://flags/#file-system-access-api. downloads and .zip work everywhere.
